RICH SQUEGLIA

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rich Squeglia, a highly respected executive and management consultant with decades of experience in Post-Acquisition and Business Transformations, founded Clarite in 2002. He has led the execution of numerous performance improvement and operational reinventions. He is well-versed in people, process and technology thinking, and relishes in constructing creative solutions to business challenges for the benefit of clients at Clarite.

When Rich is not solving client problems, he is co-coaching (with his wife) their five kids; trying to squeeze in his 9th marathon; walking their dog Hunter; connecting with friends constantly; and keeping his garage organized and lean.

  • Wound down a 50-person Offshore Shared Services function and managed workload transition to minimize risk

  • Designed, led the build-out effort, and managed the broadcast industry’s first successful full service Shared Accounting Operations Center for a large television group
